1 Architects, Inc was recently awarded the contract for the design of a new
38,000 square foot public facilities building for the County of Riverside.
Housing a much needed Social Services division, the team has been working
with the County to incorporate their necessary infrastructure and public
amenities. Responding to climatic conditions, the project includes deep
overhangs for sun control and large canopies at major entries.
