Melrose Vista Vista CA

Melrose Vista is a new ground up proposal for MondayOne Development.  It includes two free-standing buildings, with one designated for use as a future Del Taco. Studio 1 Architects developed the site plan, massing, and elevations for use in preliminary meetings with the city's Planning Department.
