"Pad 2" is a new ground up proposal for The Evans Company, located within Stater Bros Plaza. The multi-tenant building was designed with plans to add a drive-thru Starbucks in one half of the building, with the other half available for one or two additional tenants. Studio 1 Architects the massing and elevations, along with all construction documents, to match the existing center.
